I was born in Compton, California and raised by my single mother there when Compton was known as the "Worst City" in America. You can imagine the type of challenges a young boy would face growing up in this type of environment. Thankfully I was able to survive, unlike so many other of the young men I grew up with.

At the age of 19 I joined the United States Army and was stationed in Germany. After 5 years of service I was honorably discharged and made the choice to pursue my entrepreneurial desires and started my company Will Moreland International, LLC. A leading personal and leadership development consultant company whose mission is to develop world class leaders in life and business.

For almost two decades I have trained leaders and organizations from around the world. Traveling to over 30 countries on 4 continents, to such places as India, UK, Ghana, Nigeria, St. Maarten, Italy, Spain and throughout the United States.
